Feel in control again.

Many men blame stress, age or nerves when firmness fades or control slips. Often there's a mechanical part too: the pelvic floor muscles that support both.

Not because something is broken in you—simply because nobody ever taught us how this muscle actually works.

The silent frustration

It's not the moment itself.

It's the morning after. Wondering if it'll happen again, and not wanting to talk about it with anyone.

The wrong advice

"Just do your Kegels."

That's all most men hear. Many end up squeezing their belly or glutes, or holding their breath, and train the wrong thing for months.

The mechanical fix

Find it. Then train it.

Learn the right cue, then train it 5–10 minutes a day. Pelvic floor training is backed by clinical trials for erectile function and bladder control.

Let's be honest

The part almost no man talks about

You wait for the evening. Your head is completely in the mood. Then you feel firmness fading—or the moment building up way too fast—and suddenly you're stuck in your own head fighting the clock.

Maybe you apologize.Maybe you get up to shower.Maybe you just go quiet.

And the most frustrating part? Next time, before anything even starts, you're already tense thinking about whether it will happen again.

It doesn't fix itself by clenching harder—it's a physical skill you learn.

How it works

The muscle you've never been shown.

Wrapped around the base of the penis are pelvic floor muscles that help keep an erection firm and control the flow of urine. In an ultrasound study, the instruction men were given changed which muscle actually worked.

  • Take the free check. 60 seconds to see which muscle you're really using.
  • Learn the right cue. Day 1 shows you, with an animation and a calm voice guide.
  • Train 5–10 minutes a day. Four stages, from release to strength to daily habits.
Two goals

One Muscle System. Two Different Goals.

Goal 1

Staying Firm

Erectile support & pressure

The mechanics

Blood flow fills an erection. The muscles at the base of the penis help turn full into firm: the ischiocavernosus squeezes the base and raises the pressure inside. When firmness starts to fade and you force a generic Kegel, it's easy to brace your belly or hold your breath instead. That pushes pressure down onto the pelvic floor rather than lifting it.

How Undercore trains it

Day 1 teaches the front cue that worked best in an ultrasound study, so you find these muscles without bracing your belly. Stages 2 and 3 build endurance and strength while you keep breathing.

The evidence

In a randomised trial, 40% of men with erectile dysfunction regained normal function after 6 months of pelvic floor training, and another 35.5% improved.

Goal 2

Lasting Longer

Ejaculatory control

The mechanics

Ejaculation finishes with a reflex: rhythmic contractions of these same pelvic floor muscles, including the bulbospongiosus. Clenching hard at the last second is a guess, not a skill. Control starts with feeling these muscles early and being able to let them go on purpose.

How Undercore trains it

Stage 1 starts with release and breathing. From then on, every hold ends in a full, deliberate let-go, so you train both directions: switching the muscle on, and switching it off.

The evidence

A review of 10 trials concluded that pelvic floor training appears effective for premature ejaculation as well as erectile dysfunction. The ideal protocol isn't settled yet.

The cue

In an ultrasound study, the wording of the instruction changed which muscle actually worked. Some common cues mostly worked the abs.

What's inside

Four stages. Five to ten minutes a day.

This is training, not a test. Miss a day? You pick up right where you left off—never from zero.

1

Release & find the cue

Breathing, letting go of tension, and finding the right muscle before you strengthen anything.

2

Endurance

Longer, controlled holds lying, sitting and standing.

3

Strength & quick contractions

Strong holds and fast squeezes, with full release between them.

4

Everyday integration

Standing, walking and through the day, until it's automatic.

Before you start

  • This is exercise and education, not medical treatment, and it doesn't diagnose anything.
  • Erection problems can be an early sign of heart or blood vessel disease. If you're over 40, or have diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or smoke, see your doctor too.
  • See a doctor first if you have pelvic or genital pain, pain on ejaculation, or blood in your urine. After prostate surgery, follow your surgeon's guidance on when to start.

Questions

How do I get access?

Right after payment you go straight into the program on the same phone. On another phone or browser, restore access with the email you paid with.

How long until I notice a difference?

Most clinical trials ran 3 to 6 months. The 4-week protocol teaches the technique and builds the habit, and you keep training after it ends.

Is it discreet?

Yes. Nothing is shipped to your home and nothing shows up in an app store: it runs in your phone's browser. On your home screen the app is called "Core", the calendar reminder has a neutral title, and your check answers and progress never leave your phone.

What shows up on my credit card or PayPal statement?

Your card or bank statement shows "PAYPAL *UNDERCORE". In your PayPal account and on the receipt it appears as "Undercore 4-Week Program (digital)". Nothing on either one mentions what the program is about.

I don't have a partner right now. Does it still make sense to start?

Yes. The training is solo: 5–10 minutes a day, on your own schedule, and nobody needs to know. These muscles also support bladder control and everyday strength, so none of it depends on a partner. And when you do meet someone, the skill is already there.

What if it's not for me?

Think of the first 14 days as a risk-free test drive. If it's not for you, one email to support@undercore.app within 14 days of purchase gets a full refund. No questions, no awkwardness.

Is this medical advice?

No. It's general education and exercise guidance. Talk to your doctor about any health concerns.
