If Undercore isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. You don't need to give a reason.
We'll approve eligible requests within 2 business days. Refunds are issued through PayPal to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money usually appears within 5–10 business days. Once a refund is issued, access to the Program is removed. If you also want your account deleted, just say so in the same email.
Purchases are generally non-refundable after 14 days, except where required by law. If something went wrong, contact us anyway and we'll do our best to help.
