Accessibility Statement
Last updated: November 2, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use Undercore, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, in line with Israeli Standard 5568 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
What we've done
- Every page works with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link.
- Buttons, form fields and controls have labels for screen readers. During training, each phase (breathe in, squeeze, relax) is announced once, not every second.
- The training works three ways: a voice guide with matching on-screen text, tones only, or completely silent with a visual ring.
- The Accessibility menu (the tab on the left edge of every page) offers three text sizes, high contrast, pausing animations, highlighted links and a plain, readable font. Your choices are saved on your device.
- We respect your device's "reduce motion" setting, and you can zoom every page.
Known limitations
- The payment window is provided by PayPal and follows PayPal's own accessibility standards.
- The 3D anatomy animations are illustrations. The same information is given in text and by the voice guide, and you can hide them.
- The exercise timer is part of the exercise itself. You can end a session at any time and start it again.
How we check
Last reviewed on November 2, 2026 with automated checks (axe-core) on phone and desktop sizes, plus manual keyboard checks.
